Banksy is an anonymous graffiti artist from england who is more or less world-renowned he does stencil paintings covering a variety of themes such as films, politics, viral pictures, and his own renditions of existing art pieces.
Banksy though technically a criminal is tolerated to an extent, as there is a wall in london that he took over and spray painted along side other taggers such as Blek the Rat, who he is inspired by, his symbol is a rat in different poses.
